Old people, don't you just love 'em? I have just been sitting in the waiting room at my local surgery and whilst being kept waiting for ages to see the Doctor I have had to listen to continuous complaining about how bad things are today. If they were referring to how long you have to wait to be seen I must admit I would be inclined to agree but that seemed to be the least of their worries.
