When we think of the ways we can be physically and mentally sound, we often think about the things we can do to improve our bodies. Many of those thoughts would revolve around having the right diet, exercising in a particularly special way, getting enough sleep or taking the right correct combination of vitamins to keep us fit and healthy. Although these are all important in maintaining a positive mindset, breeding self esteem and feeling better overall, they aren't the only things that are important.
