Bean, Beans, The Musical Fruit

Beans can be the back bone of any vegetarian meal. However, beans aren't very easy to digest. Some beans that are easier to digest than others include; pinto beans, adzuki beans, black-eyed peas, black beans, kidney beans and garbanzo (chickpeas). Some of the Indian pulses like mung dhal or masoor dhal are also easier to digest. Those beans that are harder to digest include navy beans, green and yellow split peas and brown lentils.
